Whittemore and Charles Hamilton Whittemore, Jr. to Leigh W. Ferguson, Trustee for the beneficial interest of the City of Chattanooga recorded at Book 5153, Page 799, as amended in Book 5339, Page 56, in the Hamilton County Register’s Office, and conducted by Harry R. Cash, Successor Trustee or his designated agent, pursuant to Appointment of Successor Trustee recorded in the Hamilton County Register’s Office.
