Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated May 25, 1999, executed Clyde L. Mansfield and Neabert G. Mansfield, to John Lowe as Trustee, of record in Book 11501, Page 918, in the Register’s Office for Davidson County, Tennessee, conveying certain real property therein described, and, Edward D. Russell of The SR Law Group, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee at Instrument No. 20260415-0030519 of record in the Register's Office for Davidson County, Tennessee;
WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust was last assigned to U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LB-SHANTY SERIES V TRUST (“Holder”), c/o SN Servicing Corporation, its attorney in fact, the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable to Holder, Holder has requested foreclosure proceedings to be instituted; and as provided in said Deed of Trust, Edward D. Russell of The SR Law Group, will by virtue of the power and authority vested as Substitute Trustee, on WEDNESDAY, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the front of the Davidson County Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Nashville, Tennessee sell to the highest bidder for cash, free from the equity of redemption, homestead, and dower, and all other exemptions which are expressly waived, and subject to any unpaid taxes, if any, the following described land situated in the County of Davidson in the State of Tennessee, to-wit:

Said Lot No. 15 fronts 75 feet on the northeasterly side of Richmond Hill Drive and extends back 155 feet on the southeasterly line and 121.7 feet on the northwesterly lone to a broken line in the rear measuring 124.1 feet thereon.
This being the same property conveyed to Clyde L. Mansfield and Neabert G. Mansfield from Melvin Drake and Norma Davis Drake herein by deed dated 06/30/89 and recorded 07/05/89 in Deed Book 7881, Page 402.
