Sale at public auction will be on February 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Main Entrance of the Hamilton County Courthouse, Chattanooga, Tennessee, pursuant to that certain Tennessee Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) executed by Jared Sheets and Payton Sheets to Harry R. Cash, Trustee for the beneficial interest of the River Valley AgCredit ACA recorded at Book 12897, Page 387, in the Hamilton County Register’s Office, and conducted by Harry R. Cash, Trustee or his designated agent.
