Cash, Successor Trustee or his designated agent, pursuant to Appointment of Successor Trustee recorded in the Hamilton County Register’s Office.

TOGETHER WITH a sewer easement which easement will extend Westwardly; thence Northwardly to East 46th Street, as it now exists in serving the property, as mentioned in the deed recorded in Book 995, Page 266, said Register’s Office.
