NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, New Belmont Lanes, LLC, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated January 22, 2021, of record in Trust Book 3435, Page 727, Register’s Office for Sullivan County, Tennessee, conveyed to Mark D. Edmonds, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to B and B Williams Family, LP;
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and
WHEREAS, the owner and holder of the Note has demanded that the hereinafter described real property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of indebtedness and costs of foreclosure in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and Deed of Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Mark D. Edmonds, Substitute Trustee, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and conferred upon me, by the Deed of Trust, will on September 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the location of the property, specifically 100 Belmont Drive, Bristol, Tennessee 37620, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, and free from all legal, equitable and statutory rights of redemption, exemptions of homestead, rights by virtue of marriage, and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which have been waived in the Deed of Trust, certain real property located in the 17th Civil District of Sullivan County, Tennessee, described as follows:
BEING Parcel 1 of the Pierce Lots Replat as shown by Plat of record in the Register’s Office for Sullivan County, at Bristol, Tennessee in Plat Book 6, page 28 which plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof and to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description hereof.
AND BEING that same property conveyed to New Belmont Lanes, LLC by Deed from B and B Williams Family, LP dated March 22, 2021 and of record at Book 3435, Page 724, Register’s Office for Sullivan County at Blountville, Tennessee.
Tax Map 38, Group D, Parcel 001.00
The address of the above-described property is 100 Belmont Drive, Bristol, Tennessee 37620.
No liens or claimed liens of the United States are identified pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §35-5-104(a) with respect to which notice is required to be given to the United States in order for the sale of the land advertised not be subject to such lien or claim of lien of the United States.
One Lien for the State of Tennessee has been identified pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §35-5-104(a) with respect to which notice has been given to the State of Tennessee in order for the sale of the land advertised not be subject to such lien or claim of lien of the State of Tennessee. The sale of the land thus advertised will be subject to the right of the State to redeem the land as provided for in T.C.A. §67-1-1433(c)(1).
Said sale shall be held subject to the following:
- Any unpaid city, county or state taxes which may be a lien against such property.
- Any matters encumbering such property which have priority over the Deed of Trust.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
If the highest bidder cannot pay the bid within twenty-four (24) hours of the sale, the next highest bidder will be deemed the successful bidder.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
